Magnificent Cloud Formation Over New Zealand at sunset I want to go to there. This particular formation is an example of Undulatus asperatus —meaning “agitated waves”—which was proposed as a separate cloud classification in 2009 by… wait for it… the founder of the Cloud Appreciation Society. (I’m serious.)
